Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating two recent theft incidents that are believed to involve the same suspects.

On February 3, 2020, Steinbach RCMP were notified of two thefts that took place over the weekend of January 31 to February 3 which are believed to be linked to the same suspects.

In the first incident, Roc Wind Construction had over $5000 worth of tools stolen from a trailer. The trailer had been parked in a compound off of Highway 52 at a location behind Timber Falls in Steinbach.

Police say that on the same night, across the highway, a Manitoba Hydro compound was breached. In this incident, multiple rolls of copper were stolen from a shed, as well, over $5000 of tools were taken from a trailer belonging to Jelcan Inc.
