Starting in April of this year, Terry Kaufman will be joining the Steinbach Bible College (SBC) faculty and will be overseeing the Marketplace BA and Ministry Leadership studies.
“We are really excited to have Terry joining our staff,” says SBC President Rob Reimer. “He brings a wealth of pastoral experience and business acumen to SBC in this new role.”
With gifts of preaching, teaching, administration and leadership, Kaufman brings a broad knowledge of ministry leadership and marketplace experience. Previously he served for 16 years as senior preaching pastor at Steinbach’s Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church.
Kaufman will be serving SBC in a 0.4 time position, teaching courses in marketplace and leadership studies, connecting with business leaders in Steinbach, mentoring students in leadership and developing the Marketplace BA program, taking it to a new level. He will also be serving the Evangelical Free Church of Canada in a 0.6 time position directing their leadership development initiatives.
Kaufman says he is ready to start this new challenge of inspiring students with a vision that all of life can be lived in service of God.
