Public health officials have announced that the COVID-19 testing site in Steinbach is now open at the Community Health Services Building, located at 365 Reimer Avenue in Steinbach.
Officials say that the Steinbach site will operate as a drive-thru, with daily hours of 9am to 3pm.
Manitoba now has nine dedicated testing sites for COVID-19. There are four sites in Winnipeg, as well as locations in Brandon, Thompson, Flin Flon, The Pas and Selkirk.
Additional locations are expected to open in the coming days.
Any person concerned about their exposure to or risk of having COVID-19 should call Health Links–Info Santé at 204-788-8200 or toll-free at 1-888-315-9257 before arriving at a testing site.
