On December 11, 2016, at approximately 1:10pm, Morris RCMP responded to a report of a firearm being pointed at someone during a dispute.
Police say that the incident occurred at a residence in Tolstoi, Manitoba. Upon arrival at the scene, officers apprehended a 49-year-old woman. Police took the suspect into custody and reported that she will be facing firearm-related charges.
Police officers were able to seize a firearm in relation to this investigation.
RCMP report that there were no injuries in this incident and that the firearm was never discharged. Police continue to investigate.
