The City of Steinbach has announced that it is moving ahead with plans for Food Truck Fair this summer and is looking for food truck operators interested in participating.
Every Thursday, during the month of July, residents are invited to have some lunch between 11am and 2pm from a participating food truck and enjoy it at Steinbach’s Community Plaza, located downtown in front of the T.G. Smith Centre.
Food trucks will be parked in the east parking lot by the curling rink and theatre entrance.
Food truck operators interested in participating are asked to review the requirements and submit an application by May 31, 2021. A City of Steinbach Business License is required to participate.
The 2021 Food Truck Fair is expected to operate rain or shine.
