After two recent incidents involving the theft of prescription medications, RCMP are warning the public that the stolen drugs may be in circulation and could cause serious harm or death if taken.

On April 4, 2021, at approximately 2:05pm, Headingley RCMP responded to a break and enter at a business located on Rue Principale, in La Salle. Police say that suspects forcibly entered the business and stole a large amount of prescription medication.

On April 9, 2021, at approximately 5:50am, RCMP responded to another break and enter to a business located on Main Street, in Stonewall. In this incident, suspects forcibly broke into the building during the night and stole a significant amount of prescription medication.

RCMP are warning the public that these stolen prescription medications could be circulating and if taken could cause serious harm or death.
