Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating a recent attempted theft incident that occurred at Penner Auction Sales in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Police say that on May 18, 2021 at approximately 3:30am, Penner Auction Sales, located at 218 Brandt Street in Steinbach, was the target of a theft.
Investigation determined that the suspects gained entry through the rear fence of the facility and attempted to steal an off-road vehicle, but in doing so became stuck in a water drainage ditch at the rear of the property.
