Falcon Lake RCMP are currently investing the death of a 23-year-old Winnipeg man who recently drowned at a location on Caddy Lake, located in southeastern Manitoba.
On July 10, 2025, at 1:22 pm, Falcon Lake RCMP received a report regarding a drowning that had occurred on Caddy Lake. It was reported that two males entered the water but only one resurfaced.
RCMP, along with the Whiteshell Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services, responded immediately.
Police say that the Fire Department located the missing male under water. The male was pronounced deceased on scene.
Members report that the deceased was a 23-year-old from Winnipeg.
Falcon Lake RCMP continue to investigate this incident.
