Pembina Valley RCMP are reporting that a 22-year-old man from the Rural Municipality of Stanley has died as the result of a recent vehicle rollover on Highway 14.
On November 11, 2025, at approximately 6:45am, Pembina Valley RCMP were advised of a single vehicle rollover at a location on Highway 14, between Road 19 and 20 West in the RM of Stanley.
Officers responded to the scene and were met by the Winkler Fire Department who advised them that a male was deceased on scene.
Police investigation determined that the truck was traveling east on Highway 14 when it slid into the oncoming lane. The truck subsequently veered back before striking numerous trees and rolling into the ditch on the south side of the road.
RCMP report that the 22-year-old male driver, from the RM of Stanley, was found outside the vehicle. Members noted that there were no other occupants.
