Steinbach Mayor and AMM president Chris Goertzen, along with Minister Eileen Clarke, announced that the province is now accepting 2017 proposals through a single-window application intake for the Municipal Road and Bridge Program.

The Manitoba government has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to accelerate the process of replacing Manitoba’s emergency communications system.

The province has approved 72 infrastructure renewal projects across the province and will invest more than $44 million to ensure the structural integrity of public schools and the continued safety of students and educators.

The Manitoba government is investing more than $1.9 million in 10 projects to build and repair municipal bridges across the province.

On September 27, 2016, Steinbach will be hosting a roundtable meeting to discuss new approaches to strategic infrastructure investments.
