On March 20, 2011, at about 3:15am, Thompson RCMP were dispatched outside an apartment block on Princeton Drive, in the City of Thompson,  where a deceased male was found.

RCMP report that the death is being treated as a homicide.

RCMP Thompson Detachment assisted by the RCMP Serious Crime Unit, the RCMP Forensic Identification Unit along with other support units are investigating.

As of this time, no arrests have been made.
