Mill Creek condo project to be built in Steinbach.
G&E Homes is breaking ground on their newest active adult condo project “Mill Creek” at 230 Barkman Avenue in Steinbach, Manitoba. The event will take place at the site on Tuesday, June 14 at 10:30am.
Mill Creek takes its name after the Steinbach Flour Mill that used to sit in that location and will be G&E’s third multi-level condo in Steinbach. Mill Creek will consist of 54 units over 4 stories with units ranging from 900 to 1400 square feet.
With its location beside Shoppers Drug Mart it should be a great addition to downtown and will allow the condo owners to live a maintenance-free lifestyle within walking distance of downtown amenities.
G&E is drawing on its past experience to make this building the most innovative and user friendly to date. To date, 44 percent of the condos have been sold.
