On September 10, 2011, at around 12:45pm, officers observed a black Cadillac Escalade failing to stop at a stop sign at the corner of Mountain Road and Whitmore Avenue East in Dauphin.
Police say that the vehicle was traveling westbound on Whitmore Avenue East when a traffic stop had been conducted.
The driver, a 52-year-old male, was arrested for driving while prohibited and has now been released on a promise to appear for a court appearance in Dauphin Provincial Court.
