On May 1, 2012, just after 6pm, Morris RCMP as well as emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a fatal two vehicle collision on Highway 205, approximately 2 miles east of Rosenort.
Initial investigation indicates that an eastbound Chevrolet Impala was in a head-on collision with a westbound semi trailer.
The driver of the Impala, an adult male, was pronounced deceased at the scene. His name will not be released. RCMP report that the driver of the semi was not injured.
An RCMP Traffic Collision Analyst will be assisting with the investigation.
