A 22-year-old Ethelbert man was arrested by officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment early Monday morning for breaching conditions of his undertaking.
Police say that the driver of a shuttle bus had reported that a man had passed out on the bus. Officers arrived, awoke the man and was then lodged in a cell to sober up. Police say that the man was on conditions not to consume alcohol.
The man has been released on a promise to appear in court in Dauphin on Tuesday, August 21, 2012.
