On September 30, 2012, Roblin RCMP seized 30 marijuana plants and a quantity of marijuana bud from a residence located in the RM of Shellmouth-Boulton, Manitoba.
Police had attended the land location on an unrelated matter, when they became aware that the occupant was producing marijuana. A search of the location resulted in the seizure of marijuana and firearms. Police say that the value of the marijuana seized has an estimated street value of $5,000.
51-year-old Kevin Glenn Fingas, faces drug and firearms charges. He was released from custody with conditions and is to appear in Russell Provincial Court on October 24, 2012.
The investigation continues.
