On the 10th of April, 2009 at 7:40 PM Fisher Branch and Peguis RCMP responded to an armed robbery of a gas station in Peguis First Nation.
An hour after the robbery, the suspect vehicle was located and stopped by police. Two youths and two adults were arrested without incident.
Jenna Sinclair (22) was charged with robbery, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of failing to comply with a recognizance. Jenna Sinclair was remanded in custody. Two male youths were charged with robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent, and use of a firearm in the commission of an offence.
The two youths were remanded in custody. The investigation is still ongoing.
