The City of Steinbach has opened one of its two outdoor skating rinks to the public for the upcoming winter season.
The newly opened rink, located next to the T.G. Smith Centre at 321 Elmdale Street, seen eager residents strap on their skates and try out the newly-ready ice surface this past Saturday.
The City of Steinbach reports that the other outdoor rink, located beside the Jake Epp Library at 255 Elmdale Street, is expected to be ready this next week.
