Steinbach RCMP havearrested and charged three additional males in connection to a recent home invasion in New Bothwell, Manitoba.
RCMP report that 19-year-old Cameron Dean Dueck of Steinbach, 19-year-old Johnathon Joseph Day of Steinbach and 19-year-old Zachary Sean Carver of Winnipeg are facing numerous charges in this incident.
Dueck has been remanded in-custody and appeared in Winnipeg Provincial Court on January 18, 2013. Day has been released on a recognizance with stringent conditions and will appear in court on February 7, 2013. Carver will be remanded in custody.
Police say that on January 17, 2013, a search warrant was executed on a residence in Steinbach which revealed additional evidence believed to pertain to this incident. On January 18, 2013, Steinbach RCMP located and seized weapons, including a handgun, a shotgun and a machete directly related to this investigation.
Police continue to investigate.
