Steinbach RCMP responded to a dangerous driving incident last week and are reminding the public to use caution when driving in parking lots.
On March 21, 2013, at approximately 12pm, Steinbach RCMP received a report of dangerous driving in the parking lot near the Boston Pizza construction site at Clearspring Centre.
Investigation revealed that a car was driving in a dangerous manner in the parking lot which nearly struck a pedestrian.
RCMP report that no charges have been laid at this time and that the investigation is ongoing.
Police are reminding the public to use caution when driving in parking lots in this area as there is an increase in pedestrian and vehicle traffic due to the opening of the new Walmart and the Boston Pizza construction area.
