14-year-old Jasmine Owens.
Arborg RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing female youth, 14-year-old Jasmine Owens.
Owens is described as 5’4 in height and 125 lbs. She has black shoulder length hair and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and a wool toque.
Jasmine Owens was last seen on April 4, 2013 in Winnipeg at the Garden City Shopping Centre in Winnipeg.
Due to her age, Owens is considered to be an at risk youth. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Jasmine Owens is asked to call the Arborg RCMP at 204-376-5253 or their local police agency.

RCMP report that Jasmine Owens has been located and returned home safely.
