Stolen truck involved in local robbery.
Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for assistance in locating a truck that was stolen from Morris, Manitoba, earlier this year.
Steinbach RCMP continue to investigate an armed robbery with a firearm of a business located on 1st Street in Steinbach, that occurred back in January of this year.
Police have confirmed the truck used in the armed robbery and have captured photographs of the vehicle just prior to the robbery. Investigation has confirmed that this truck was stolen from Morris, Manitoba, between the hours of 8am and 2pm on January 3, 2013, just a few hours prior to the robbery.
RCMP have not recovered this truck and are seeking the public’s assistance in locating it.
