Goertzen brought Struthers, the provincial Finance Minister, a Steinbach Piston’s banner on Tuesday and Struthers was so confident the Dauphin Kings would prevail they agreed with a handshake that whichever city won the championship, the MLA from the other community would donate $100 to the winning communities food bank.
