On June 15, 2013, at 6pm, Crystal City RCMP as well as local emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a fatal off-road vehicle collision in the RM of Argyle.
Initial investigation indicates that a Honda 4-wheel off-road vehicle with two riders was traveling on a downhill slope when both were ejected.
RCMP report that a 23-year-old man from the RM of Lorne was transported to hospital with undetermined injuries. A 21-year-old woman from Toronto, Ontario, was transported to hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
Police say that helmets were not in use at the time of the collision.
