15-year-old youth, Rumor Cook.
Powerview RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old youth, Rumor Cook.
Rumor Cook is described as 5″0″ tall and about 149 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Investigators believe she may be in the City of Winnipeg.
Due to her age, Rumor Cook is considered to be at risk. Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is asked to call the Powerview RCMP at 204-367-8728 or their local police agency.

RCMP report that Rumor Cook has been located and is safe.
