On August 21, 2013, Central Plains RCMP received a report of a suspicious male on Willow Bay in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.
RCMP report that just after 3am the same morning, a 34-year old male was approached by an unknown male while walking along Willow Bay. The suspect approached the man, brandished a knife and asked him what he was doing there. The victim ignored the suspect and walked away before anything further occurred. There were no injuries reported.
The male suspect is described as native in appearance. He was wearing all white clothing and a red hat and had a pony tail.
