On November 3, 2013, shortly before 11pm, Central Plains RCMP received a report of an armed robbery at a Long Plain First Nation business.

Police say that two males, wearing ski masks and armed with a crowbar and bear spray, entered the premises, threatened the employee and demanded cash. The suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.

The suspects are described as one male 6 feet tall, approximately 200 pounds with an average build wearing a black sweater. The other male was around 5’10” with a small build, wearing a leather jacket up to his waist. Both suspects wore gloves and their faces were covered.

RCMP report that the two suspects fled in a white Ford Explorer that appears to have been stolen.
