On March 17, 2014, just before 8:30am, Morris RCMP responded to a single-vehicle collision, approximately 2 kilometres south of Ste. Agathe on Highway 75.

Police say that the 67-year-old female driver of the vehicle and the 70-year-old male passenger, both from the RM of Morris, were trapped in their rolled vehicle. Local fire and EMS attended and the two individuals were taken to Morris Hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the male passenger suffered complications and was pronounced deceased. An autopsy has been ordered.

RCMP report that weather conditions are considered to be a contributing factor in the collision.
