RCMP have made an arrest and continue to investigate the recent homicide of 96-year-old Niels “Arne” Nielsen of MacGregor, Manitoba.
On May 25, 2014, RCMP responded to the death of Niels Nielsen and an autopsy determined his death to be a homicide.
RCMP report that Jason Conway, 21, of MacGregor, Manitoba has been charged with first degree murder in relation to this investigation. He appeared in Portage la Prairie Provincial Court on June 2, 2014.
