On June 10, 2014, just after 10pm, Powerview RCMP responded to an ATV collision in Bissett, Manitoba.
When officers arrived on scene, it was discovered that two females had been riding a quad when they collided with a stack of railway ties, flipping the vehicle.
Police say that the driver, a 33-year-old from Bissett, was transported to hospital with minor injuries. The passenger, also 33-years-old from Bissett, was transported to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
RCMP report that neither rider was wearing a helmet and that an RCMP Forensic Traffic Reconstructionist is assisting with the investigation.
