Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information connected to a number of recent vehicle thefts that occurred in Blumenort and the RM of Piney.
On July 11, 2014, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a motor vehicle theft that occurred in Blumenort, MB. The vehicle was a white Chevrolet Traverse with Manitoba license plate GTT 714.
Steinbach RCMP also received several complaints of vehicles being broken into in Blumenort where various items were stolen such as keys, wallets and money.
On July 12, 2014, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint of a stolen vehicle from a residence in the RM of Piney that occurred sometime during the night. RCMP have located the vehicle but are looking for information regarding this incident.
