AgResource and CWB Market Research Services have partnered to present the second annual Cereals North America (CNA) conference, to be held in Winnipeg on October 28-30, 2014.

Following on the heels of the highly successful inaugural CNA conference held last year, North America’s premier agricultural outlook conference is gearing up to provide traders, merchandisers, importers, producers and fellow analysts with a long-term global perspective on agriculture from regional experts.

“Analysis of the 2014 Northern Hemisphere crop and insight into the upcoming 2015 Southern Hemisphere crop are just the tip of the iceberg”, said organizing partner Neil Townsend, CWB Director of Market Research. “This year’s line-up of speakers and topics will appeal to a wide range of participants, and will include discussion on global energy markets, agronomy and seed technology, the rise of South American agriculture production, the North American transportation industry, and world weather ‘s effects on grain supply trends.”

For many North American delegates the chance to meet with colleagues and share their experiences after harvest is a fruitful wrap-up of the crop growing year.

“Cereals North America has quickly become Canada’s and America’s agriculture conference of content and connection,” said fellow organizer Dan Basse, President of AgResource Chicago. “The conference remains one hundred per cent content-focused to help participants make well-informed market decisions based on sound fundamental analysis from industry leaders. Plus there will be many opportunities to make new professional connections and engage in industry informational exchanges.”

  • Daniel Basse, President, AgResource Co.
  • Bruce Burnett, CWB
