As a result of several tips received from the public, suspects involved in a recent theft incident at the Vintage Corner Store in Woodridge, were identified by police.
On September 2, 2014 Sprague RCMP along with assistance from members from Steinbach GIS and Steinbach Detachment, have arrested and charged 30-year-old Kristopher Blake Fast, of the RM of La Broquerie, with theft under $5,000, mischief under $5,000 and failing to comply with the conditions of a recognizance. He has since been remanded into custody and is awaiting court.
Another 31-year-old female from the RM of La Broquerie was also arrested and released. She faces charges of theft under $5,000 and mischief under $5,000 and is set to appear in court in Steinbach.
A third person, a 53-year-old man from the RM of La Broquerie was arrested and released without charge.
