Signs of summer are coming to Steinbach courtesy of the city’s beautification crew.
Last night, over 400 flower baskets were hung up on the boulevards along Steinbach’s Main Street and Highway #12. Eleven city parks and recreation employees worked from about midnight to 6:00am to get all the baskets hung.
Steinbach is well-known for its spectacular summer floral display and creativity. Residents and city staff all look forward to seeing what city landscape technician, Joyce Purchase has planned for this year.
