On September 1, 2015, Tommy Raymond Miles was charged with the 2nd degree murder of an inmate at Stony Mountain Institution in the RM of Rockwood, Manitoba.
On August 24, 2015, Stonewall RCMP responded to a call at the Stony Mountain Institution where a 33-year-old male was found deceased in a room.
Police say that Tommy Miles, 21 years of age, will remain in custody at Stony Mountain Institution.
