Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP are asking the public for any information about the whereabouts of 27-year-old Victor Norbert St. Paul.

27-year-old Victor Norbert St. Paul of Ebb and Flow First Nation, wanted by RCMP.

On October 10, 2015, Ste Rose du Lac RCMP were called to a residence on Ebb and Flow First Nation. During the course of the investigation, police learned that a male in the residence had falsely identified himself and was wanted on an unendorsed warrant.  As the officers attempted to place the male under arrest, he began resisting and assaulted both RCMP members before escaping out a window. RCMP officers pursued on foot but were unable to apprehend the suspect.

Victor Norbert St. Paul, 27, of Ebb and Flow First Nation is described as aboriginal in appearance, 5’9″ tall, weighs 140 lbs and has black hair and brown eyes.

St. Paul is wanted by police for assaulting a peace officer causing bodily harm, assaulting a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer, personation with intent, theft under $5,000, uttering threats, possession of a weapon and assault.

Update

On October 21, 2015, RCMP members from Ste. Rose du Lac, Dauphin, Amaranth, Portage Police Dog Service (PDS) and Dauphin PDS located Victor St. Paul in the community of Ebb and Flow First Nation. St. Paul has been arrested and is now in custody.
