Steinbach RCMP received a report of a fraudulent business, Stockhub Machinery, advertising its services in Steinbach.

Police say that the business, Stockhub Machinery Inc., claims to be based in Steinbach, however the City of Steinbach has confirmed that this business does not have a business license in our community. The City of Steinbach has also confirmed that the address for this business does not exist.

RCMP report that the business claims to sell high priced equipment and requests a deposit from the buyer. Police are urging the public to do their research before making large purchases online.
