At approximately 10:20am on January 17, 2016, Steinbach RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter in progress at a property located just east of the intersection at Highway 12 and Highway 1.
Police say that the property owner witnessed three people breaking into sheds on his property. The suspects fled from the residence but were apprehended by police at a property in Richer, MB.
RCMP report that 27-year-old Danielle Thiessen was arrested and faces charges of break and enter with intent and failing to comply with her recognizance. Two 36-year-old men were also arrested and released on charges of break and enter with intent, possession of property obtained by crime, and theft under $5,000.
