On February 21, 2010 at approximately 3:17am, Oakbank RCMP responded to a home invasion in Oakbank, Manitoba.
The suspects left the scene on foot and then proceeded by vehicle into Winnipeg. Winnipeg Police Service assisted the Oakbank and Beausejour RCMP Detachments by intercepting the suspect vehicle as it entered Winnipeg.
Four male young offenders and one male adult, 21-year-old, Donald McGeachy of Tyndall, have been arrested and charged with robbery, wearing disguise with intent, possession of a weapon for the purpose of committing an indictable offence and other related charges.
No injuries resulted during the incident.
Four of the five subjects have been remanded into custody.
