The Steinbach Aquatic Centre is now offering several different options for those looking to obtain their boating licence.
As of September 15, 2009, all power boat operators in Manitoba are required to have a Power Craft Operators Card (licence).
Options to acquire a license include a Challenge Exam, a Refresher Course and a Youth Course; starting price $26.25. This is a Canadian Coast Guard approved boating licence with Canadian Yachting Association Instruction.
