On October 8, around 10:30pm, Dauphin Municipal RCMP officers received a report of a fight outside a Dauphin hotel.
Investigators determined the fight was between two intoxicated males. Both were arrested for causing a disturbance. One of the males initially lied to officers about his name, however, they determined his true identity and found that he was on probation.
A 17-year-old male, with no fixed address, has been charged with causing a disturbance, identity fraud and breach of probation and has been remanded in custody to appear in Dauphin Court October 12, 2010.
