On November 2, 2010, at about 7:20 a.m. Stonewall RCMP as well as Emergency Services and EMS were dispatched to the scene of a two vehicle collision  on Highway 7, in the RM of Rosser, about 1 km North of Inkster Boulevard.

Investigation revealed that a northbound 2004 Pontiac Montana Van had collided with the rear of a transport truck at the location.

Emergency services were required to extricate the 37-year-old male driver of the van. He was later transported to hospital with what were reported to be undetermined, non life threatening injuries. His 31-year-old male passenger was treated at the scene.

The 58-year-old male driver of the transport truck was reported to be uninjured.

The highway was closed for approximately one and a half hours in order to investigate the collision and remove the damaged vehicles.

There were no other persons or vehicles reported to have been involved.

Police continue to investigate.
