On November 7, 2010, around 3pm, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment were called to a home on 4th Avenue S.W. regarding an out of control youth.
When officers arrived at the home, the youth ran from the officers. Officers pursued him on foot and the intoxicated youth was arrested about 1 block away.
A 15-year-old Dauphin youth has been charged with 2 counts of breach of probation and 1 count of resisting arrest and is scheduled to appear in Dauphin court.
