Public notice is hereby given pursuant to subsection 162(2) of The Municipal Act that the Council of the City of Steinbach will present its 2011 Financial Plan and will hold a public hearing.
The hearing will be held in the City of Steinbach Council Chambers, 225 Reimer Avenue, Steinbach, on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 6:30 p.m.
The 2011 Financial Plan presentation agenda will include the review of the City’s 2011 and 2012 operating budgets, the 2011 capital program, and the long-term capital expenditure program.
Council will hear any person who wishes to make a representation, ask questions, or register an objection to the financial plan. Copies of the City’s 2011 Financial Plan are available for review at City Hall, 225 Reimer Avenue.
