Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man that was recently seen at a financial institution in Steinbach.
Police say that the surveillance photograph was taken on April 18, 2013.
RCMP would like to speak to the individual regarding a transaction that he made on this date. Police have not classified him as a suspect in their investigation, but merely a possible witness at this point.
