It took Uni-Jet only five days to clean and televise over 5500 meters of Steinbach’s wastewater pipe infrastructure.
“Line cleaning and televising went very well this year,” said Mike Heppner, Waterworks Department Head. “A few problem areas were found and will be scheduled for repair in the coming years based on critical level of service.”
Sections of the City’s wastewater lines are cleaned and televised every year, with all lines being checked every ten to twelve years to prevent line failures.
