The Pas RCMP, assisted by several RCMP support units, continue the investigation into the death of 21-year-old Ryan Bradley Chartier of Grand Rapids, Manitoba.
An autopsy has been scheduled at the Health Sciences Centre October 26, 2009. The cause of death will not be confirmed and released until the autopsy is completed.
A second 21-year-old male victim, from The Pas, remains in hospital and is reported in stable condition.
21-year-old, Jonathan Diego Young, from The Pas, remains in custody and has now been charged with 2nd degree murder, attempted murder, breach of probation and possession of a firearm while prohibited.
He has been remanded into custody to appear in The Pas Provincial Court on October 26, 2009.
