On September 28, 2012, just before 9am, Arborg RCMP Detachment along with the Arborg, Fisher Branch and Riverton Fire Departments, responded to an industrial fire at Pro-Fab Industries near Arborg in the RM of Bifrost.

Hundreds of Manitobans age 55 and over will come together from June 12 to 14 in Arborg for the 2012 Manitoba Lotteries 55Plus Games.
