A power outage and treacherous road conditions have resulted in the closure of the Beausejour Service Centre, Manitoba Public Insurance announced today.

The Beausejour and Oakbank RCMP Detachments are asking for the public’s cooperation to respect the no trespassing signs on private properties.

On June 25, 2012, at about 11:30am, RCMP Officers from Lac du Bonnet and Beausejour Detachment were dispatched to a two vehicle head-on collision involving a semi-truck and a pick-up truck on Highway 44, about 6 miles east of Beausejour.

At approximately 6:15am on January 25, 2010, Beausejour RCMP received a call that an eastbound CP Rail train had struck a car which had become stuck in the snow.

It has been five years since the Eastman Judged Art Exhibition (formerly the Eastman Juried Art Exhibition) was held.
