Vic Toews applauds PM announcement of support for defibrillators in community hockey arenas

MP Vic Toews applauded Prime Minister Stephen Harper as he announced that our Government is working with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada to put in place Automated External Defibrillators and related training in community hockey arenas across the country in order to help save lives.

Over 1,000 defibrillators to be provided to public places

The province is providing more than 1,000 free defibrillators to public places to ensure the life saving help cardiac arrest victims need is nearby.
